Dare to create sincere and impactful scenes

Do you want to take your game to the next level?
Dare to include strong, dramatic, and sincere scenes?
As an improviser, having the power to create both hilarious and moving moments expands your horizons infinitely. And truly allows you to let go.
In this workshop, the gazes will be intense, as will the silences. We will create a bubble where we will take our time together.
React to everything!

You're on stage, and suddenly your partner does or says something that leaves you speechless? Frozen and bewildered?
Whether it's because they've just turned you into a vile serial killer when you were enjoying playing your sweet, loving character, or because they call you "Doctor" when you were playing THE doctor, or because they're using an accent that petrifies you?
Come on, let's learn how to REACT!
with panache, strength, humor, seriousness, through words, actions and any other suitable means...
Whether we're already on stage or coming from the bench, we'll see that reacting to "problematic" moments is always a great idea, which is good for us, our partners and the public!
LOVE

Do you long to play sincere scenes where you're genuinely in love with the other character? Without giving in to the temptation of making a joke or starting an argument? Welcome! In this workshop, I invite you to open your heart in order to open the hearts of your characters on stage. Dare to say a real "I love you" in an improvisation, and through quality connection, taking the time and with mutual consent, offer a moment (whether romantic, friendly, or familial) of LOVE.
Long Improvisation

Embarking on a long-form improvisation, without a safety net, all together on stage, can be as exciting as it is daunting. Improvising a one-hour story requires letting go of certain reflexes of "efficiency" and rapid characterization, which are practiced in short improvisations.
This era invites us to create rich characters and to embody them deeply, in all their different facets. And to nurture their relationships, their dilemmas, and the stakes that will be at the heart of the story.
Good vibes

Enjoying the experience is essential. Being comfortable, relaxed, and open to improvising with your partners allows you to elevate the scene you create together. For this, the camaraderie and support of the group are key, almost magical elements. How can I make my partner feel at ease, inspire them, surprise them, and make them happy? How can I share a moment of improvisation with them, full of good vibes, unforgettable for both us and the audience?
Truth

“Truth is always more surprising than fiction, because fiction has to stick to what is possible, whereas truth is not bound by that obligation.” Mark Twain
Blending reality with the story we invent on stage, using our lives and emotions, playing with truth and fiction. This workshop invites you to draw on your sensitivity and experiences, both funny and dramatic, to improvise increasingly intense and unique stories.
Improviser Power

Dear improvisers, do you want to turn the tables on one-dimensional, stereotypical characters, explore your own improvisation practice and exchange ideas on gendered representations on stage?
#improviserpower is for you!
Improvisation, power and fun, these are the ingredients of this session just for you.
Committed Improvisation

Do you love improvisation and want to add a message to it? Your values, your vision of society?
Are you wondering if it's possible to talk about politics and activism while creating a scene from scratch? To offer a relevant, improvised perspective on the subjects that are important to you?
Come and try it out.
This workshop offers you the opportunity to delve headfirst into the subject matter and societal issues.
We explore the desires, the pitfalls, the difficulties, the "recipes" of improvisation with a purpose, with humor and commitment.
Train-the-trainer program

This training is aimed at improv coaches/trainers, with little or a lot of experience in the field, who wish to develop their skills and address the different aspects of transmitting theatrical improvisation.
The training takes place over three days and addresses the following issues:
How to structure a workshop/training session; create and adapt exercises according to objectives; conduct the exercise during the workshop (instructions, debriefings); adapt the process
Your identity (what kind of coach are you?); your artistic vision of improvisation; your role and place
How to guide the group and create a creative, safe and fun space
The pedagogical approach of this training is structured around spaces for sharing and reflection (individual and collective) on the one hand, “theoretical” parts on the other hand, and, finally, concrete practical applications within the group.
Acting

Improvising is playing. It's about embodying and bringing characters to life, sharing emotions, and being authentic in both drama and comedy.
How can you be an intense and committed actor every second, in addition to being a co-author and director of the story?
We will work on the material, the acting, so that we can feel even more present and grounded in our characters, and in everything they experience, whether beautiful, raw, or wicked...
Bench geniuses

Improvisation is about telling a story together.
On stage, the scene unfolds, and sometimes a piece of the story is missing, or a key character, a piece of information (location, relationship, etc.). Off to the side, the improvisers can then invoke "The Genie of the Bench": the brilliant idea, the magical touch that will elevate the ongoing improvisation.
This training course delves into all the powers we have from the bench!
In the style of Almodóvar

Do you love Pedro Almodóvar's films, their atmosphere, their colors, their fascinating characters? Do grand emotions and Latin melodramas grab you by the gut?
Come and improvise based on these powerful and funny dramatic codes, with other Almo-fans.
We will improvise scenes "in the style of Almodóvar", embodying intense heroes and heroines, with their sufferings and pleasures, playing with temporality, secrets, drama, and love…
In short, we're going to have fun. Olé!
Inspired by Celine Dion

His songs, the lyrics, the titles, the atmosphere will be the inspirations for our improvised scenes.
It will be funny, true, crazy or dramatic, and each time, it will start with a Celine Dion impulse.
Do you love improvisation and adore Céline? You're in the right place.
We'll improvise all sorts of scenes, and during the coffee break, it's quite possible we'll hum "I'll go where you go, near far wherever you are..."
